The Role
We’re seeking a Data Analyst who can contribute immediately and play a meaningful role in delivering transformative AI solutions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to help build a company from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Build, clean, and transform datasets using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and associated libraries
Build and maintain no-code data operations (such as transformations, flow controls, and mappings) using platforms like Make, Power Automate, or n8n
Develop automated workflows, scripts, and integrations using APIs, webhooks, and custom functions
Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that translate complex analyses into clear insights
Implement data pipelines and tools to streamline internal and client operations
Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions, prototypes, and deliverables
Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across sources and systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to support data-driven initiatives
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Strong experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Pandas, openpyxl, gspread, or comparable libraries
Proficiency with no-code data processing tools (e.g., Make, Power Automate, n8n) for building automated flows, transformations, and data operations
Expertise working with common data formats, including CSV, JSON, and Excel
Proficiency with Google Apps Script and Microsoft Office Scripts
Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and custom functions
Familiarity with version control using GitHub and managing CI/CD pipelines
Comfort working with API development and testing tools such as Postman
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
Bonus Points For:
API development experience using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI
Serverless cloud development on platforms such as Google Cloud Run, Azure Functions, or AWS Lambda
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (minimum)
3+ years of professional data analyst experience
Ability to excel in fast-paced startup environments
Consistent weekly availability and dependable delivery
